Official Rules for Negative Kitty Music Video Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:

The Negative Kitty Music Video Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to anyone in the world who is at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Negative Kitty and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Sponsor:

The Giveaway is sponsored by Negative Kitty, who may be contacted by email at info@negativekitty.com.

3. Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway begins on November 6 at midnight and ends on December 22, 2023.

4. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must do the following:

• Follow @negative_kitty on Instagram

• Sign up for the Negative Kitty newsletter

• Provide your name, email address, your music video pitch, and a link to a web page where the Negative Kitty team can listen to your music.

  Each participant may only enter once. Multiple entries from the same person, act or group will be disqualified.

5. Prize:

The prize for this Giveaway is a custom-made animated music video. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

6. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected in late December 2023, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified through email or Instagram direct message within 45 days of the Giveaway's end. If the selected winner does not respond within one week, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Negative Kitty to use their name, likeness, and produced works for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to web advertising and entry into film festivals or other public displays.

8. General Conditions:

Negative Kitty reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is found to be in violation of these official rules or that is deemed fraudulent or tampered with. Negative Kitty reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures or unauthorized human intervention. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9. Privacy:

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with Negative Kitty's Privacy Policy.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Negative Kitty from any liability, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize.

11. Disputes:

Any disputes related to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually without any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Kings County New York, with the prevailing party entitled to attorney fees.
